This unusual house which looks like a nest is in Vietnam and follows all the traditions from the building in that part of the world, as having in mind the climate that is a main part of building something that can endure.
The best part is that using wood and clay as main building material is eco-friendly. And that way the houses built for centuries there. Other advantage of the local material is that it doesn't need transportation and that helps the climate of the planet in general.

The Architects from H&P found inspiration in using tiles. However, they add unexpected shape of their building as it is a giant nest on the surface. The result is real family house where the walls let in the natural light and the air but they protect the people in it from curious looks. Imagine being in the kitchen half awake with hair all messed and some stranger is looking at you from the outside.

The windows are in strange shape and there are really far away from the square thing we are used to. There are many holes that invite the light and ventilate the space. The entrance of the house is protected from the direct sun rays as there the sun can be a big problem in the warmest part of the year. The next level is a transit zone from the exterior and the interior having many balconies, which main purpose is to regulate the temperature in the building. The holes in the façade do it as well as the clay layer helps with that.
The living and dining room is one open space which the big sliding glass door connects and the inner room is pleasantly cool and vast, a real perfect home experience using the traditional ways and the modern architectural ideas.
